The Veterans Initiative Partnership (VIP) is more than a program; it’s a commitment to improving the lives of our veterans receiving hospice and palliative care. Through this initiative, TNMHPO is honored to serve as the Hospice Veterans Partnership for both New Mexico and Texas, but we will accept any organization regardless of state into our program.
