Nursing Supervisor

We are a small, family-owned hospice that provides a high level of care to our patients, family, and each other. Votive Hospice avoids nursing burnout by utilizing LVNs to assist the case managers daily. Come join a dynamic and innovative team.

Job Summary: Primary functions are to administer nursing care for adult patients in their place of residence, coordinate care with the interdisciplinary group, patient, family and referring agency; and assume the responsibility for coordination of care.

Job Qualifications:
1. Graduate of an accredited Diploma, Associate or Baccalaureate School of Nursing
2. Current license as a registered nurse (RN) and/or in accordance with the Board of Nurse Examiners rules for Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC)
3. Current Driver’s License.
4. Two years’ experience as a Registered Nurse in a clinical care setting preferred, hospice preferred.
5. Skills: Nursing skills as defined as generally accepted standards of practice. Good interpersonal skills. Specialized skills preferred in palliation and end-of-life.
6. Transportation: Reliable transportation. Valid and current auto liability insurance
