True Hearts and Hands Hospice is an established, faith-based Hospice Company serving the DFW metroplex and surrounding areas. With its beginnings in Greenville, Texas in 2018, we have expanded our service areas to include all 4 quadrants of the Metroplex. We are proud of our wonderful staff including clinical directors and professionals, dynamic sales team, and talented, caring ancillary staff who consistently provide top-notch hospice services. We are searching for an experienced and proven successful Hospice Executive Director to partner with our team and position our organization for its next phase of growth and development.
Hospice Experience Must Include:
- Proven, successful track record of establishing and managing growth initiatives through the development of strong alliances: community, regional, state and/or national partnerships
- Procurement of insurance contracts, ACO partnerships and other integrated healthcare delivery networks
- Direct and indirect Navigation of patients/families, care facilities and payors
- Expert level experience with Hospice reporting requirements: State and CMS, and Surveys, backed up by implementation of processes for optimal results on such reports/surveys.
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare Administration (or closely related field); Master’s Degree Preferred
- 8+ years at the Hospice Executive Director/Vice President level
- Administrator Certificate – Current
- Candidates with current RN License preferred
