Key Responsibilities:
Champion teamwork, fostering an environment where every contribution is valued
Utilize your expertise to provide exceptional leadership and education in patient care and symptom management
Collaborate wholeheartedly with our supportive and customer-centric team to deliver individualized services tailored to each patient's unique needs

Direct and coordinate clinical departments and sites; assume responsibility for continuity, quality, and safety of services delivered in compliance with state and federal regulations. (Conditions of Participation)
Promote the philosophy and administrative policies of AlēvCare
Team up with the Director of Hospice to provide coordination of care, team support, team culture initiatives, QAPI, billing preparation, and education.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 3 years of RN experience in hospice care, with 5+ years preferred
2+ years of hospice leadership experience as a DON or ADON preferred
Excellent interpersonal skills, a pleasing personality, and exceptional teaching skills
Current RN License in the state of Texas; valid Texas Driver's License
Schedule:
Your dedication and commitment will shine through as you fulfill the Alternate Director of Hospice role, working at our office 8a-5p, M-F; Administrator On-Call responsibilities will rotate weekly between 3-4 team members.
