This annual conference will be at the Kalahari Resort, Round Rock, Texas, from March 4th-6th. Exhibit schedule: Setup Wednesday March 6th after 5pm. Exhibits open to attendees on Thursday, March 5th, from 8-5 and Friday, March 6th, from 8-4. We ask that you do not break down before this time, as we encourage networking and attendee experience to be unified. Exhibit space is very limited and will go fast, so don’t wait to sign up.

    TNMHPO’s Annual Conference is a premier, multi‑day gathering for hospice and palliative care leaders and teams across Texas and New Mexico, and beyond. The program blends regulatory, clinical, operational, and leadership content with high‑value networking designed to spark practical solutions and strategic partnerships.

    • Category Balancing: TNMHPO may limit over‑representation in a single product category to preserve variety and ROI for all partners.

    Includes: One (1) 6-foot table. Maximum display width: 6 feet. Maximum display height without surcharge: 5 feet. Displays that exceed 5 feet in height require a $200 Sightline Accommodation so we can place your table to avoid obstructing neighboring exhibitors. Exhibits that arrive exceeding these limits without the accommodation will be required to adjust or remove the display to maintain fair sightlines for all vendors.
    Includes two (2) adjacent 6-foot tables (total frontage up to 12 feet). Maximum combined display width: 12 feet. Maximum display height without surcharge: 5 feet. Displays that exceed 5 feet in height require a $200 Sightline Accommodation so we can position your booth to avoid obstructing neighboring exhibitors. Exhibits that arrive exceeding these limits without the accommodation will be required to adjust or remove the display to maintain fair sightlines for all vendors.

Education Subscription

The TNMHPO Education Subscription is for agencies who wish to provide on-demand education for the entire staff. This subscription is an add-on to a TNMHPO membership and can’t be purchased separately.

A TNMHPO Membership Plus Education Subscription gives members of the Texas New Mexico Hospice & Palliative Care Organization unlimited access to all archived online education for the entire year.  You can provide training to your current staff and utilize these educational opportunities for new employee orientation.  There are courses for every discipline on your hospice team and continuing education units and proof of attendance for Administrators, Nurses, Social Workers, and LPCs.

The optional education subscription may only be used by staff of the joining hospice agency, not to train partners, affiliates or sister organization staff. If your hospice is part of a home health, then the home health division will need to pay its own dues and education. 

TNMHPO reserves the right to limit users if we feel the system is being misused.

The TNMHPO Education Subscription is 10% of your annual membership dues plus $650.
