Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for this scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria: • Be actively involved in hospice or palliative care. • Demonstrate a strong commitment to advancing hospice and palliative care. • Express a genuine need for financial assistance to attend the TNMHPO Annual Conference.

Submission & Selection Process:

Please submit this completed application form by Jan. 16, 2026. Late applications will not be considered. Selection Process: Scholarship recipients will be selected based on eligibility criteria, the quality of their short essay, and financial need. All decisions are final and will be communicated to applicants by Jan. 23, 2026. TNMHPO 2026 Award Winners will receive this scholarship automatically.
