MACtoberfest Exhibit and Sponsorship Application

This year’s MACtoberfest (Palmetto GBA Billing and Reimbursement Conference) will be in San Antonio, TX from Oct. 16-17, 2024. Exhibits will be all day on Oct. 16th. Exhibit space is very limited and will go fast, so don’t wait to sign up.

    Special signage on the coffee break, and a quarter page AD in the program brochure. Pick the coffee break your company wants to sponsor (Wednesday or Thursday). One company per coffee break.

    Six foot table with 2 chairs. Members receive a $300 discount on exhibiting.

    Door Prizes will be given at the Plenary Sessions at the beginning of the day in front of the entire audience. Door prize donors will be asked to come up and announce their prize (if interested), and draw a name for that prize. The attendees must be present to win.

Education Subscription

The TNMHPO Education Subscription is for agencies who wish to provide on-demand education for the entire staff. This subscription is an add-on to a TNMHPO membership and can’t be purchased separately.

A TNMHPO Membership Plus Education Subscription gives members of the Texas New Mexico Hospice & Palliative Care Organization unlimited access to all archived online education for the entire year.  You can provide training to your current staff and utilize these educational opportunities for new employee orientation.  There are courses for every discipline on your hospice team and continuing education units and proof of attendance for Administrators, Nurses, Social Workers, and LPCs.

The TNMHPO Education Subscription is 10% of your annual membership dues plus $650.
