Overview: Join us for the 2023 Hospice & Palliative Social Worker Conference. This is the ONLY dual state level conference of its type and caliber. The 1.5 day will feature innovative practices, new tools and strategies, and great networking opportunities.
Continuing Education: 9 Hours of Continuing Education for Hospice Administrators, Social Workers and Licensed Professional Councilors. Be aware that Texas Social Workers and LPCs now have to submit all CEUs for approval to the state board when renewing. Keep all documents related to this conference in your files.
