Applicants must have an M.D., D.O., or M.D./Ph.D. degree. Additionally prefer applicants be hospice and palliative medicine certified or eligible in a medical specialty related to Palliative Care.
Responsibilities include serving as a team member with primary clinical duties in the UMC Cancer Center outpatient Palliative Care Clinic and as part of the multidisciplinary Inpatient Palliative Care Consult Service. This faculty position will also participate in medical student, resident, and fellow education.
Candidates should have strong clinical and educational skills, a demonstrated commitment to all missions of the division, and proven excellence in mentoring, leadership, and administrative abilities.
