SUPERSTAR / PROVEN PERFORMER NEEDED: Hospice Business Development Representative (We need two people)
South Dallas – (Arlington, Mansfield, Grand Prairie, DeSoto, Duncanville, Cedar Hill, etc)
North Dallas – (Southlake, Grapevine, Lewisville, Denton, McKinney, Richardson, Plano, Allen, etc)
CANDIDATES MUST HAVE:
- Hospice Sales Experience
- Local Market Knowledge
- Established Referrals Sources
- Proven & Verifiable Performance
Responsible for establishing and maintaining professional relationships with referral sources, including nursing homes, assisted living facilities, hospitals, and physicians. Additionally, this candidate will educate case managers, discharge planners, and other referral sources of the many benefits of hospice care. This candidate maintains loyalty throughout the market area and will have attainable goals which he/she will want to eagerly meet and exceed. This person will be customer service oriented to our external as well as internal customers and maintain a high degree of professionalism.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years outside sales experience in hospice.
