Essential Functions

  • Serves as the official representative of the Concord Leadership Team, and as such, is responsible for all strategic and operational functions of the facility.
  • Is responsible for abiding by and promoting implementation of the mission and vision of the facility.
  • Is responsible for meeting the goals and objectives of the facility, including all operational, financial, and quality indicators.
  • Is responsible for maintaining the integrity of the Carrus Health brand, developing, and maintaining positive physician relationships, and developing and maintaining positive relationships with all referral source facilities leadership teams.

Qualifications

  • Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field; Master’s degree in health care administration is preferred.
