Billing Assistant - This person should have at least 6 months of hospice and/or home health billing experience. This person will be responsible for billing both hospice and home health services, knowledge in this field in mandatory.
RN/LVN/CNA - This position is for skilled nurse's and assistants who have hospice and/or home health experience. These skilled positions play a vital role and knowledge in this field is mandatory.
Scheduler - This person should have at least 6 months of scheduling experience in hospice and/or home health. This person will be responsible for scheduling nurse, therapy, and aide visists for hospice and/or home health patients and sending communications out to the DON as needed. Knowledge in this field is mandatory.
Orders - This person should have at least 6 months of order and/or referral experience. This person is responsible for ensuring that all physician orders are signed off in a timely manner. There is lots of calling and faxing various physician offices to ensure compliance.
